On residential properties up to a maximum value of £500k, we will do an in-house valuation up to a maximum of 75% LTV. Any residential lending outside of this can be done with a Desktop valuation. Terms apply.
When you combine this with Title Insurance, it means that loans can be completed in a matter of weeks, rather than months, leaving you free to get on with your next project.

Making Your Money Go Further
On our residential refurbishment product, we will go up to 85% of the valuation on day 1, provide 100% of the build costs and go to a maximum of 75% loan to GDV.
Then when you factor in that we will also consider lending up to 95% of the purchase price, your money really does go further with Breeze, leaving you with more cash in your pocket so you can do it all again.

FAQs

We are a bridging & development finance lender.
All loans that we complete come from our own funds/resources – we don’t pass you on to anyone else so you are safe in the knowledge that you are dealing directly with the lender 100% of the time.

What we will fund
- Residential, commercial and light industrial properties funded.
- 30% PG considered.
- All borrowers must be homeowners or at the very least, own another investment property in addition to the security we are going to fund.
- Investment properties only. We cannot fund property that you or a relative has lived in previously or intends to live in.
