No. As long as you have professionals in place to help you with the refurb, we are comfortable. Most refurbs we fund are simply a new kitchen or bathroom and a lick of paint, so it’s not too much of a stretch for a competent DIY’er.

With our property refurbishment loans, you will need just a 15% deposit as we will lend up to 85% of the property value.

Refurbishment is any work where there will be no removal of load bearing walls, building of extensions, removal of the roof or any situation where the building will not be wind and watertight at all times.

At the end of your loans term. Interest is rolled up and repayable when your term ends so there is nothing to repay each month which helps with cashflow.
